FUSO works together with Loha Werbemittel AG to process all orders.
We will dispatch your orders within 3 days – otherwise you will get an information.
All prices are net and do not include any VAT or shipping costs. The purchaser may determine the carrier.
The goods will be sent uninsured. There is no minimum order value.
Shipment costs and delivery time depends on shipping adress, it’s approx.
Germany: up to 25 kg € 7,90 / parcel 2-5 days
Austria, Netherlands: up to 20 kg € 13,00 / parcel 1 week
Switzerland: up to 20 kg € 49,00 / parcel 1 week
Spain, Portugal: up to 20 kg€ 35,00 / parcel 2 weeks
France, Italy , Poland: up to 20 kg € 20,00 / parcel 1 week
For all other countries shipping costs based on actual expenditure.

You will get an invoice via eMail at the moment, goods are dispatched.
We accept orders paid with bank transfer.
Invoices are payable: Within 30 days after invoicing and dispath of the goods.
The costs incurred will be invoiced for orders that contain items that are subject to a charge or items that are marked as subject to shipping costs.
The FUSO online shop is located in Germany, the VAT rates of Germany are charged.
If you are unhappy with our products, please contact our customer care center.
If you are not satisfied with the delivered goods for any reason, you can return your order within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Please make sure that the return is well packaged and keep all documents in a safe place, as we are not liable for goods lost during shipping.
Return conditions:
All returns must be as good as new. Toys must be returned in the undamaged original packaging with all accessories. Clothing must also be returned with the original packaging.
Please note:
Unfortunately, we cannot exchange an ordered item of clothing for the same item in a different size. In this case, you have to send back the ordered article and reorder it in the other size.
